On the Rail will host the two- day Gem City Music Festival August 19 and 20 in downtown Quincy. The festival begins on the 19th with Shamans Harvest/Adema/Fivefold and August 20 will be country star Clayton Anderson/Erik McKay Band/Joey Wray.
