The Quincy Exchange Club will post 1,000 American flags arranged in rows and columns at the Illinois Veterans Home from November 7-11, 2014. The public are invited to see the flags which will be lit during darkness and set up on the grass field adjacent to Locust Street between 8th & 12th Streets, Quincy.
