Q-FEST is a community celebration of the arts (visual, musical, and culinary) in Quincy, Illinois. Held in Quincy’s historic downtown, the event will feature, hands-on art for youth and adults, a juried art show and sale, food vendors, and will be in tandem with Blues in the District on Friday night.
