Preservation. Education. Evolution.

Located in rural Quincy on 20 peaceful acres, this privately owned collection features John Deere implements manufactured during the transition from horse power to tractor power.  Some implements are much older than the 1930s to illustrate the astounding evolution of farm equipment for pre-planting, planting, cultivation and harvesting.

The Ag Museum also showcases a wealth of vintage items typical of a 1930s farmstead, including horse equipment, period farmhouse furnishings, and butchering & canning equipment. Individual & group tours [4th grade & up] are welcome by appointment, and an educational video is also available for viewing.
